Kmail (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "this service") is a free temporary mailbox service platform. By using our service, you can:

• Get a temporary email address
• Receive mail sent to this address
• View email content and attachments
• Use the mailbox function normally before the mailbox expires

By accessing and using the kmail service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The modified Terms will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Services constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

Permitted Use

• For website registration and email verification
• Receive temporary email notifications
• Protect the privacy of your primary email address
• Test the mail system function

Prohibited Use

• Use for illegal activities or conduct
• Spread spam or malicious content
• Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the operation of the Service
• Abuse of service resources (such as large number of requests)
• For commercial marketing or advertising purposes
• Invasion of the privacy or intellectual property rights of others

• Email validity period:Temporary email addresses usually expire automatically after 24 hours
• Storage Limits:A single mailbox can store up to 100 emails
• Attachment size:Supports attachments up to 25MB
• Can only receive:Does not support sending emails
• Frequency of visits:Refresh up to 10 times per minute
• Data Retention:Mail is automatically deleted after it expires in the mailbox

Please note that the characteristics of the temporary mailbox service determine the following important matters:

• Data Temporariness:All data is temporary and will be deleted after the mailbox expires
• Not suitable for sensitive information:Do not use to receive important or sensitive information
• Unable to recover:Expired deleted data cannot be recovered
• Privacy protection:We follow our privacy policy to protect your data

• Service Availability:We strive to keep the service up and running, but we cannot guarantee 100% availability.
• Data Loss:We are not responsible for any data loss.
• Third Party Content:We are not responsible for nor endorse the content of the emails we receive.
• Service interruption:Service interruption due to maintenance, upgrade or other reasons
• Security risks:Users should assess the security risks of using temporary mailboxes.

All contents of Kmail service, including but not limited to:

• Website design and interface
• Software Code and Technology
• Trademarks and Logos
• Documentation and Instructions

They are either owned by us or used with permission. They may not be reproduced, modified or used for commercial purposes without explicit permission.

Changes to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or terminate part or all of the Services at any time, including:

• Functional updates or adjustments
• Technology upgrade or maintenance
• Changes to policies or terms

Termination of Service

We may terminate or limit a user's access to the Services for the following reasons:

• Violation of Terms of Service
• Abuse of service resources
• Technical or commercial reasons

These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the place where the service is provided. In case of any dispute, both parties shall first resolve it through friendly negotiation.

If any part of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain in effect.
