Yes, Kmail is completely free. We do not charge any fees and there are no hidden charges. You can use our service without any restrictions.

Currently our temporary mailbox will be kept for 24 hours. During this period, you can receive emails normally. After the expiration, the email address will be recycled and the emails will be deleted.

Currently Kmail only supports receiving emails, not sending emails. This is to prevent spam and protect our service quality.

We take user privacy very seriously. All emails are encrypted during transmission and emails on the server are cleaned up regularly. However, please note that temporary mailboxes are mainly used for temporary purposes and are not recommended for important information.

Some websites may block temporary email domains. If this happens, you can try to refresh and generate a new email address, or contact the website's customer service.

Custom email addresses are not currently supported. We will randomly generate easy-to-remember email addresses to ensure that each user has a unique address.

There is no strict quantity limit, but in order to ensure the quality of service, we may restrict abnormal usage. Normal use is no problem at all.

Yes, we support receiving emails with attachments. However, for security reasons, we will scan the attachments and malicious files will be blocked.
